Stock, Shipping & Returns

Stock availability
This website is part shop, from which you will be able to complete an order entirely on-line, and part catalogue of work, for which some communication and a more old fashioned personal service is still required.  For a variety of reasons it may be necessary to contact me to confirm availability or shipping costs for some of the work, and I will be very happy to hear from you.  I hope to add more stock and build more pages in time.

Postage costs
Postage is £3.95 for orders up to £30.00, and FREE for orders over £30.00 of cards, prints, small artworks and scarves.
To buy large original artworks and artwork framed with glass, p
lease ask for a quote for delivery, as specialist shipping may be required.

We strive to deliver our carefully crafted work securely and efficiently to our valued customers.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received.
All items are inspected, wrapped and posted by me from rural Fintry in Scotland, as soon as possible after receipt of an order, usually within 3-5 working days. It will usually be posted 1st Class, using a tracked and signed for service.

There is no Post Office in our village and we rely on a mobile van providing counter services, so offering next day delivery is difficult. If you would like your order sent using a different service please get in touch to discuss options.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.

We are not responsible for delays in transit outwith our control, whether by a courier or customs.

Once your order has been paid for, ownership transfers to the customer. Risk of the item transfers to the customer after delivery, whether directly to you, to a nominated person (such as a neighbour) or left in a designated place (such as a porch).

My artwork and scarves are made with love and dedication to quality, and I hope you will be happy with your purchase. If your order is flawed or damaged, or you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let me know within 14 days of receipt, including your order reference number and reason for return.

A link to a printable Returns Form can be found at the bottom of this page.

Returns will be refunded (excluding the cost of postage) if returned unused, undamaged, with labels still attached and in the original packaging. Please pack returns with the same care we do.

Any damages incurred to goods during transit must be reported to the seller within 7 days of arrival. Please send us a photo of the damaged goods as well as the packaging. If the packaging was damaged in transit, please return your order including all the original packaging enclosed in new packaging.

International orders
I am very happy to ship orders to overseas addresses, but the website ‘shop’ is not currently set up to accept them.  If you email me, I can bypass the web shop and send you a bespoke invoice by email through Stripe, which will allow you to pay using a debit or credit card.  Stripe charge both of us a small exchange rate fee, but this is by far the cheapest way I have found for making overseas transactions.  Customers have been happy with how easy this was for them.  Alternatively I could send you a PayPal payment request, if you prefer.

International Shipping
Rates and delivery times may vary by country. Please contact us for a quote. Orders dispatched to addresses outside the UK may be subject to additional costs for customs duties or taxes by the relevant country or state. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay these.

Cost of International returns are the responsibility of the customer, including insurance and any customs duty incurred by the seller. Appropriate paperwork on the outside of the packaging must clearly state the goods are returned, for customs declaration.
